Job Description:

• Prepares metric updates for Delivery Project Executives
• Monitor account performance, Track SLA metrics, generate reports, trends & dashboards
• Account scorecard, weekly exceptions, Utilization Report, Productivity report - 100% Compliance and 100% Quality Check
• Publish account review deck with all metrics and exceptions reports
• Daily ticket backlog/aged ticket report
• Review quality metrics reports from competencies and follow up on account specific Action closure
• Track CHIP Red/Amber accounts and drive action/SIP closure
